Guitar tablature uses six horizontal lines to represent the strings. The top line is the high E string and the bottom line is the low E string. Read from left to right. A number tells you which fret to press, while 0 means play the open string. Numbers stacked vertically are played together as a chord.

Guitar TAB workflow
